I forget what it was called in Dota. I’m pretty sure it was ace in it. But I remember Hon had Genocide instead, and that is closer to Dota, so I’m not sure.
Ring of Basilius is good if nobody else on your team is likely to get it, as it makes it noticeably easier for you team to push thanks for the armour aura for creeps and allied heroes. However, during the earlier laning stages of the game you’ll want to turn it to heroes only by activating it. You can check whether it’s on the right setting by checking whether nearby melee creeps have the aura effect.
Thanks for the directed camera getting locked tip, that’s been irking me to no end when I’m trying to spectate. <3
Also, about hats and such, there are already alternate cosmetic things for heroes in the game. They aren’t as different visually as skins in League of Legends, though. See http://dota2hub.com/news/cosmetic-items-in-dota-2/ you can see for example Juggernaut’s mask wouldn’t be very noticeable in-game.
I really enjoyed watching this more layed back commentary. Even though I don’t play DOTA 2 I can still appreciate the epicness of that last part. Good stuff.
This is great, but you know what would be even better? BulletStorm.

I think ace is the best term for total domination. It just fits, you know?

Oh and one more thing, Ace is a LoL invention. In HoN is was Genoside, as someone above said. It had no official name in the original Dota.
